This hunting lease is located in WMU (9F) and is less than 15 miles from Buffalo, New York. I jumped deer 3 times on my inspection. Property is a big bedding area. There is thick brush separating the housing area to the north. You do not have to worry about people living here walking the property from their backyards. This is a Bow/Crossbow only hunting lease. In my opinion the property was clear cut 10 -15 years ago and small trees and brush have grown back. There is an excellent trail system to back of the property. There are lots of agriculture fields to the west, south and south-east. The north is mostly housing development. This could be where some big bucks hang out. Lots of deer sign on the property. The trees get bigger toward the west end of the property. Make sure you check out the west end. The east end is very thick. You can post the property. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. No camping. My Erie County properties lease very quickly so make a move quickly or you will miss out on this bow hunting lease!
