This is a great looking Ross County property. The center of the property is a hay field with electric hookup for campers and a pond for fishing (no swimming). On both sides of the hay field, it drops into big ravines with multiple benches and lots of old four-wheeler trials for access. Landowner used to host quad races and off-road obstacle course run events. They hold the right to host these in the future, however it would be done during summer months, so should not affect hunting. Great deer sign. I'm not sure I have ever seen deer trails this worn. On the way out I found a tree with some bucks that were found on the property that shows there is great potential. Talk with landowner if you are interested in foodplots as well. This will be a great property for someone. Camping is allowed. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only. Chillicothe is 30 minutes away with anything you could need.
