This hunting lease is leased and not available. 78 acres with a 1/2 acre cut off by county road. The 1/2 acres can be used for camping (will require doing some underbrushing), or there is also a barn on the property that can be used for camping as well. There is mature timber on the west side of the property and the east is younger stands. I have attached some pictures from the previous leasers. While inspecting the property I saw lots of deer tracts. There are 2 stocked ponds with good fishing and possibly a duck hunt. Dove really like the younger stands of timber and could produce some really good dove hunts. Cattle will be on the property year around. Cutting, clearing, or trimming trees for shooting lanes or stands is okay. There is no water or electricity on the property, camping/campfires and use of ATV/UTV is okay.
