This hunting lease is leased and not available. Awesome farm in the most sought after part of North East Indiana. This property has both hay and row crop fields plus a 25 acre block of timber. The farmer had a few cows there but they are being moved up by the barn now. You will see some temporary fencing for grazing.

Landowner told me a 180 was taken there last year and that the property has a history of mature deer present. All you have to do is look over the immediate area to see how good it is.

The timber consists of old CRP planting resulting in 10"-12" trees... mostly Oak, in the south part with more mature growth to the north. Some trails cut for nice access made by the retired hunter who use to hunt here. Many options for tree stands. A brushed in ground blind could be lethal here as well.

The home on property is not owner. It is a tenant rental. The barn is used by the farmer and if you are a out of town hunter you can get a spot to keep an atv there if you want.
