This lease is open to all legal game and is made up of timber, row crops, water ways, and water. This is another farm that I just received and wanted to get it out immediately since hunting season is just around the corner, so I have not yet walked this farm. However, based on the aerial photo, it looks as though this farm will be a travel corridor as the deer travel to and from the row crops. The timber creates some great funnels and pinch points, especially along the timbered fingers that jut out into the tillable ground. There are two access points, one from the east and one from the north, giving you the ability to effectively play the wind. Overall, this farm might turn out to be a nice little honey hole. Request the driving directions and take a look for yourself.
