This hunting lease is leased and not available. 182 acres in Lincoln County of great whitetail habitat. This is an all species hunting lease. This property has a good mix of mature hardwoods, thick cover, small creek, and great access from two sides. Several deer trails were observed during my inspection. Thick underbrush will provide good bedding spots for the deer. A couple of turkeys were observed also. Several logging trails crisscross the property allowing stealthy access to all corners of the property. A small creek runs through the property providing water and a travel corridor for the deer. ATV use is allowed for hunting related purposes only. Food plots can be established with permission from the landowner as to where and how big. Camping would be allowed with permission from the landowner. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. Some logging may take place in the future. No tree cutting. No use of nails, screws, or screw-in tree steps is allowed.
