This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here we have a really good looking 55 acre warren county lease. The property owner has multiple leases with Base Camp and he told me that this property has more deer than any of his bigger properties, and it was easy to see that there is an abundance of wildlife on the property. It is made up of about 60 percent woods 40 percent field, including a row crop field with heavy crop damage. There are two parking areas on the SE and SW corners, and a mowed path along both sides of the cornfield for easy access to the woods on the north half of the property. There is a hardwood bench at the end of the field, with a freshwater spring watering hole that was loaded with deer tracks, and then it drops down to a hemlock creek bottom with an old gas well road and atv trail through it for good access all around the property. There is a good mixture of mature oaks, beech trees and apple trees throughout the property, and a nice CRP field bordering the corn field that I feel would be a great spot to set up for archery deer or bear. I found tons of heavy deer sign, trails, rubs and even a fresh scrape in September. I also found turkey sign, bear scat, flushed a bunch of doves from the field edge, seen some squirrels and had deer running and snorting at me the whole inspection. There is also a small solar powered cabin on the property that the landowner will rent out to the hunters on a daily basis! This property is set up really good and should be a producer!
