With deer season starting in less than 2 weeks I wanted to get this property out on website. These 172 acres are made up of rolling hills, hardwoods, and working hay fields. The TOPO shows 3 different hilltops and a small stream in SW corner. The property has several stone fences on it. There are several ponds. This hunting lease is positioned between Rhinebeck and the Huson. The Taconic parkway is 10 minutes away and NYC is 2 hours. Landowner stated past hunters had much success with deer and turkey! There are many trails on property for ATV/UTV use (one around the perimeter). It can only be used for hunting purposes. There are several homemade stands throughout property - use at own risk. You can post the property. Camping is allowed. There is enough room to park a camper. I don't get many properties in SE New York. When I do they lease out quickly. More current pictures to come!
