This property has something for every hunter on it. It looks way better in person than on the maps. The area is very rolling so it's hard to see into these sections. The waterfowl hunting will be some of the finest in southern MN. You can drive right up to Willis Lake. You could get a boat in it or set up a shore blind on it. With all the lakes and swamps around the water hunting will be a slam dunk. After the crops are harvested the field hunting will be excellent too. There's a handful of nice hills to set up on. If you like pheasant hunting, there's a couple miles of great walking to be had on this lease. The pheasant numbers are great in this area. Deer hunting will be excellent on this farm too. The lake shore acts as a giant funnel, and the deer have no choice but to come past you. There are several nice stand locations. I found a few fresh rubs, and countless 1 year old rubs. Deer numbers are strong in the area. Spring turkey hunting should be good as well. I know the turkey numbers are strong in the area.
