Attention Virginia Waterfowl hunters!!! Here we have a waterfowl lease of an island located in the Upper Machodoc Creek in King George County. The island does have a house on it.

The duck blind is 16'x8' on dock pilings and 2x8 flooring with a partial roof and half walls with a spot to park your Jon boat on the side of it that is 8x8. It is off a sand bar from a private island with full utilities/wifi and furnished house that could be rented separately for hunts. In extreme low tides (1-2x per year) you can walk to it on the sand bar. It's normally in 1.5 -3 feet of tidal brackish water that stays calm most always. The channels of the create are 5-8' deep+ with sandy bottoms and navigable by larger boats.

Boat down or launch at Machodoc Creek Marina or the Dahlgren Navy Base Marina where the creek feeds into the Potomac River 1 mile away. Surrounded from the north to the southwest by Navy owned land, so very private and secluded yet only 35 minutes from Fredericksburg, VA or Waldorf, MD and 1hour 15 minutes from Richmond, VA or Washington, DC. 1o minutes away from Walmart, Food Lion, and many dining out options.
