This hunting lease is pending and not available. This 160-acre lease is located in the town of Beattyville, Kentucky, Lee County. The property is very remote and very secluded. On my inspection of the property, I found numerous fresh rubs throughout the lease, more than I have seen in a long time. The property has some steep contours, but with a little work, the old logging roads throughout will make much of the area easily accessible with an ATV. The landowner bought the property 2 years ago, in 2023, and stated he has not allowed anyone to hunt on it. I did not see any stands on the property during my inspection. There are plenty of white oaks here and plenty of thicker bedding areas. The property is split by the railroad tracks on the NE side of the property, which abuts the Middle Fork Kentucky River. 122 acres make up the larger portion of the property, and 40 acres are between the RR tracks and the river. If you are looking for a secluded property with large potential, this is a nice one to have. There is no cell phone service here, so make sure you print out the aerial maps and download an offline map on Huntstand or On-x.
