This 127-acre property is located in the town of Mistletoe, Kentucky, in Owsley County. This is one of the most remote properties I have inspected in SE Kentucky. If you are looking for an all-hardwood property that borders the Daniel Boone National Forest, this is the one for you. The property has 4,000 acres of state forest surrounding the property. To get to the property, you have to travel down a gravel road for just over a mile. There is minimal parking here, and the road is narrow. I had a four-wheeler in the back of my truck, which I was able to turn around and unload to access the property through ATV trails for about another 3/4 of a mile. Then you get to this property. Once you get to the property, it will be on your right side, approximately 127 acres. There are old logging roads going through the property, which were not very hard to walk, but there are some steep parts. This property is all hardwoods with no crops anywhere near; it is very remote. There is an ATV trail bordering the property that is being utilized by side-by-sides. There is no cell phone service on this property. Make sure you download an offline map and print out the driving directions.
