This is a Five Star lease located in an excellent area for trophy bucks. There has been no hunting in recent years, and the Conservation Easement program has significantly increased the deer population on this property. The signs of big buck activity here are exceptional (refer to the pictures). Clear Fork/Blackwater River flows through the property, allowing deer to cross easily, and you should have no trouble doing the same. On the northern end, there is a concrete slab that can serve as a walking bridge when water levels are low. It is advisable to set up stands and cameras as soon as you secure this lease; do not wait until August or September of next year. All images were captured by the agent's cameras in November 2025.
