This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 650-acre lease is located in Vanceburg, Kentucky, in Lewis County. This hunting lease is ready to hunt! When I say it's ready, I mean it's ready. There were 16 stands ready to hunt, feeders at most of the stands, and a mobile home ready for you. This property is absolutely amazing, with hardwoods, food plots, fields, stands, tower blinds, and deer sign throughout. I must have seen at least 30 plus fresh ground scrapes and numerous fresh rubs. The landowner used to let guided hunts here, and it just got to be too much to handle. The property has not been hunted since 2023, and the deer sign on the property proved that. I spent 4 hours driving around the property on my 4-wheeler with the landowner, covering almost 11 miles and not going down all the trails. There are 2 nice tower blinds on the edge of the fields. The landowner has the equipment to plant them in whatever you would like, but you have to cover the cost. On my inspection in early November 2025, they had just cut the hay off of them. There is a creek that you have to cross, and a very cool bridge that gives you access to the other side of the property. Once over here, you will find numerous trails leading to the stands and feeders. The feeders have not been used in 2 years, but they are ready. The landowner lives on the west side of the property and will show you around. He and his brother do not hunt. The mobile home is part of the lease. Please be respectful and take care of it! Guys, this is one of the nicest properties I have inspected, and they have pictures of some very nice deer on it. Get in touch with the leasing agent for info. The leasing agent also has a very nice aerial of the property with the trails.
This property is at $13,000 due to the middle of the season starting. It will increase to $19,400 as of July 1, 2026, and will run for one year until June 31, 2027.
*ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only
