This 217 Acre property is located in Owenton, Kentucky, Owen County. WOW, that's all I can say about this lease. It took a lot of work to get this landowner to let us lease their property, and let me tell you, this property does not disappoint. The landowner sent me photos of some amazing deer from her yard this year, and there are some studs here, guys. This property has not been hunted for 10 years, and the deer sign proves it!! I found very fresh rubs as soon as I entered the property, and I never stopped finding them throughout the property. The landowner lives on the property's roadside and keeps a close eye on it. There is a nice place to park just off the road, where numerous trails then lead you throughout the property. There are 2 small ponds on the property, lots of thick bedding areas, and numerous large oak spots. My favorite spot on the property was at the SW end, a nice white oak flat. The landowner has a recent photo of a drop tine buck that would be a nice addition to anyone's wall. Guys, we don't get to hunt these properties very often, and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed in this property!!! The fields are brush-hogged twice a year by the landowner and were easily walked on during my inspection in mid-November 2025.
