This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here we have a good looking 106 acre Clearfield county property that consists of 3 adjoining parcels that are separated by 2 roads, so your hunting party can spread out nicely. The western and southern parcels have a really good looking hemlock creek bottom running up through them. I found a bunch of trails and fresh deer sign. I jumped a really nice buck and seen 7 more deer during inspection. The field on this side of the road is cut into hay, so there is clover and natural grasses growing in it. A nice mixture of oak, beech and hickory trees were spread throughout and there was some really thick jagger and grapevine areas, along with some nice young saplings mixed throughout and you can see where the deer have been feeding on them heavily. The eastern parcel consists of a large hay field and a hardwood hillside that had some super thick patches of grapevines and jaggers on it and I jumped a bunch of deer as soon as I stepped into the thick area. The field edge had scrapes and good buck sign all along it. This parcel also borders a 190 acre property that is owned by a conservation company that is to open to public hunting and it looks to be all wooded and very good hunting, so that is like adding an additional 190 acres to this lease for free!! I found good turkey sign, flushed one grouse and seen a lot of deer during this inspection and I believe that this lease will produce some really good hunting during every season. Landowner is a great guy and will work with you as long as you contact him first with any questions.
