This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 52 acre Clearfield county property looks like it holds a ton of wildlife! I saw a bunch of deer, a couple grouse, 2 rabbits and I kicked out a whole flock of turkeys during my inspection. The property consists of a big old strip job, that consists of thick golden rod, patches of thick saplings, and patches of multi floral rose bushes. A big hardwood ravine runs from north to south on the east side of the property and then a really thick scrub brush ravine runs from east to west into the center of the property. That ravine had tons of heavy deer trails and beds in it, and I kicked a majority of the deer out of it. The hardwood ravine had a bunch of mature oaks and hickory trees on it. The grown up fields had heavy deer trails running through them. There is a standing corn field on the neighboring property with a bunch of heavy deer trails leading into it from this property. I found a bunch of good buck sign all around the property.there is an access road on the northwest corner of the property. Property owner is a great guy and will work with you as long as you contact him first with any questions. This lease should produce some really good hunting for every season.
