This area is home to a significant population of deer, as well as a healthy number of turkeys. A portion of the pond lies within this property; you will share the pond with the hunter who occupies the 80 acres to the northwest of the 300 acres, providing opportunities for fishing or waterfowl hunting. Camping is allowed, and four-wheelers are permitted. Be advised that cattle may be present on the property.

The (NW) boundary is not marked by a fence between the 80 and 300, so basically the east side of the pond is more or less the (NW) boundary to the property.
