These 89 acres in Ashtabula County is located 10 minutes off of Interstate 90. This property has a pond on the property and is mostly annual agricultural crops. However, the East side of the property does have some decent thick cover with some Hard and Soft mast trees for food. It is also surrounded by great habitat. Lots of sign of deer in the bean stubble while was there. These photos were taken the day after a fresh snow. So, this is not old sign. I believe if you can get food on the landscape, you can have some real success. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only.
