This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located in a great county here in southern Ohio. This property is about a 50/50 mix of hay/pasture fields and timber. Although there is pasture there are not many cattle on the property. Great amount of hard mast oak and hickory trees. Great cover surrounding the property. I believe if you can get some food on the property, which the landowner is okay with in the way of food plots or bait. You should be in the game. Landowner does have some primitive cabins on the property. One or two of which could be available if wanted. Just ask him about them. According to the landowner, this is a great turkey hunting location as well, it does look the part. He does allow one to be rented out by a prepper. He is on the property to visit once a month or so. He doesn't hunt, just stays in one of the cabins on the property. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only.
