Asher Creek runs through or along the west side of the property. There is great cover along the creek. On the day of inspection it was dry, so there is added bedding in the grass and brush in the creek bed itself, as well as serving as what should be an excellent travel corridor.

The water ways on the north half are grown up in small trees and brush, and look like ideal upland habitat as well.

I saw some turkeys on the neighbor to the south.
