This 53-acre property is located in Oil Springs, Kentucky, Johnson County. The property has a gravel road entrance and a couple of easily traversed ATV roads. The landowner purchased the property in June 2025 and does not hunt. I found a couple of old tower blinds that did not look like they had been hunted in years. This property abuts a large area owned by the Army Corps of Engineers. Once you get into the property through a gated entrance, you will find a road leading to the landowner's home and a garage on the front of the property. Behind the garage, you will find a road winding through the property leading to a pond. I found multiple trails winding through the property, providing quiet access to most of it. There are lots of large oaks throughout the property, plenty of nice intersections, and plenty of fresh deer sign all over the property. The landowner is a very nice guy and very easy to work with. The old stands on the property are available for you to use and fix up, at your own discretion. The landowner is away at times and will provide you with access while he is away.
