This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located in Licking County, which consistently sits in the top five for overall deer harvest and trophy Buck harvest. This property sits North and South of a road. 58 acres on the North side contains some pasture which is still being utilized by deer and I actually kicked up multiple deer inside the pasture while walking this property. The south side of the road includes multiple fingers and draws that cut through the crop fields. It also has a large finger ridge and valley. This finger ridge has some of the best sign I've seen in Ohio. You cannot stand at one rub and look around without seeing an additional three to six other rubs. Including some massive rubs which you can see in the photos. The deer trails on this property were beat down, there is no guessing where they travel. There was one portion that cut around the neighbor's fence that was pure mud and tracks that continued into one of the draws and if you look at the photos you can see how easy it is to see the deer trails beat into these draws. Do not block any accesses and use the barn as the parking location for both sides. It is imperative not to block access, run over crops or impede farming in any manner.
