This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located in Knox County just above Licking County line. Multiple ditch lines fingers and draws run on the south side of the property that are loaded with heavy deer trails and good deer sign. To the north side of the property there is an access lane that allows you to drive back close to the woods and stay out of the way of the farmers as long as is not too muddy. The woods on the Northwest corner has good deer sign in it as well with great rubs and multiple setup locations. This property has great cover to the West that feeds the draws and wood blocks on this property. On the south side, I followed this ditch line deer trails that you will have to see in the photos. There's no guessing where they are traveling. Including a portion where there's a steep bank and a heavy heavy deer trail going up in the best location for them to get up the hill. This creates a great setup spot that has fairly easy access. Please be sure not to block access to the Farm Fields run over any crops or impede farming in any way.
