This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is located in Knox County and may have some of the best sign I have seen on a property. I've been lucky to walk 16 really good properties this week with some of the best rubs and scrapes sign I've seen. This property without a doubt is in the top three of those properties and maybe top five of all properties I've walked. I started out by taking photos of rubs the size of my forearm. By the time I left I realized there was no need and was passing by those rubs to go find even larger ones just ahead. This place was shredded with sign. Lots of beet down deer trails and sets up well for hunting with multiple people. East-West movement that is perpendicular to the food travel routes that are running north and south make for multiple setups that can be hunted at the same time. I probably jumped a total of 50 deer off of this property in two separate groups that I know were not the same. There is certainly no shortage of deer on this property and the bucks sign shows there could be some big boys. The property rolls enough that the deer can feed along edge without being seen from the road. This property was outfitted last 2 years ago and nobody has legally been able to hunt since. This could be a great property for somebody looking in Knox County. Please be sure to not block access lanes for the farmer run over any crops or impede farming practices in any way.
