The field will be in a rotating row crop system and is mostly flat, offering excellent visibility from an elevated stand. The timber consists of a blend of newer growth and mature trees. A logging operation several years ago created thick, attractive cover that continues to hold wildlife. Along the north property line, there are a few old campers that, according to the owner, have been abandoned for many years.
Early spring is an ideal time to get equipment and stands in place ahead of fall season. Once crops are planted, access will be limited to foot traffic only.
