This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is another GREAT MARSHALL COUNTY FARM!!!

Located along the Pottawatomie County line sits these landlocked 200 acres of prime deer and turkey habitat. Very little maintenance has been done to this property over the last 30 pus years, so it has really good cover. Cattle do graze on it part of the year, but it was hardly noticeable the day of my inspection.

There are two wind turbines on the south part of the property, along with a road they put into to access them. We do not have permission from the neighbor to the east to cross his property, so all access into this lease will be from the NE corner. The county roads may be a bit questionable in wet weather, but the landowner said they should not be a problem.

There is an old house on the property, but nobody has lived there in several years.
