This hunting lease is leased and not available. All it takes is one tree to make a farm a consistent producer. This lease only has about 5 acres of timber on it, however, it sits in the middle of a big gnarly section with lots of deer. This area is well known for some giant bucks. It hunts perfect for a west or north wind direction. Access is from the south east or the south west. While inspecting the property I found several big rubs from the last fall. There's a couple spots where very heavy deer trails intersect. I jumped about a dozen deer on the neighbors side when I was inspecting. This property will be great hunting early season, late season and rut should be excellent. It feels like every big buck in the area will cross through this farm sometime during the rut. I could hear several turkeys to the north when I was on the farm. Spring hunting should be great.
