This hunting lease is leased and not available. Inspected this nice Payne County, Oklahoma property and it impressed me allot. Property has very good timber, lots of cover and some great bedding areas. Landowner states he sees deer everywhere on this property. And from all the tracks I noticed I believe him. Everywhere I looked there seemed to be deer tracks. There are some very good draws on the property also with good water supply. Seen several turkey tracks also.

Landowner insists (NO RIFLES). Only shotgun, black powder or archery hunting.

Stands, feeders, ATV's and camping all welcome here. Great landowner also.

Property is close to town.

Should Licensee cause death to ranch animals, Licensee will be assessed a minimum fee of $10,000 or more per horse, depending on which horse it is. Fee will be due and payable to Licensor within 30 days of the death."
