This property is situated in the prime deer territory of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. This area boasts a significant population of whitetail deer, and it is rumored to be the deer capital of the United States in terms of numbers. I was not disappointed with this lease at all. There is an abundance of timber and ample cover for hunting. I lost count of how many deer I spotted while driving and walking around the area. The property is filled with deer tracks, and there are also numerous turkey tracks. Additionally, it is highly likely that hogs inhabit the area. If you're fortunate, you might even catch a glimpse of one of Oklahoma's black bears. This property is sure to yield results, as there have been large deer harvested in the vicinity.

It is listed for a couple of hunters, and with the presence of the river, there are opportunities for waterfowl hunting and fishing as well. Camping is permitted, and there is a fantastic campsite available. Water and electricity are accessible, but you will need to reach out to the landowner for further details.

This location will provide an excellent hunting experience for a couple of hunters. Access to the property is convenient, with well-maintained roads. You will truly feel like you are in the wilderness on this property.
