This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a beautiful Franklin County Farm located just east of Rocky Mount Virginia. The property borders the Pigg River on the south end. It has a nice road system through the woods on this property. Cattle are kept in the center field during different times of the year. The north fields are cut for hay. A small pond is also here on the west side. I found plenty of tracks, rubs and warn trails during my walk through. Several oaks are here and had mast in 2025. Food plots could be placed outside of the cattle field. Great travel corridors on this tract. I am sure you will see bucks traveling the river at any given time during the rut. **Landowner does not live on the property, do not bother the resident when accessing the property.
