This hunting lease is leased and not available. I walked and drove through this Lincoln County hunting lease and was not let down. The property is designed for easy hunting. The timber line forms a U-shape, and as I walked along it, I noticed plenty of deer signs. A creek runs alongside about half of the timber line, and the creek bottom was filled with tracks. There is an excellent bedding area within the timber line on the eastern side of the property.

Additionally, there are a couple of great ponds on this property. Moreover, I spotted around 30 turkeys when I arrived at the property.

There are cattle on the property, so please make arrangements when setting out feeders.

This is a nice property that will serve as a good hunting lease.
