This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a large 268 acre tract located on the Rockingham County line. The property was timber in 2007-2008 timeframe. Natural regrowth has been allowed on the property. You have 2 accesses into the property. One from the north and one from the west. There is a deeded easement through the property on the south end. Access roads can be gated and locked except for this easement road. The property does have 2 ponds on it that had ducks on them during my inspection. The field on the north end does have some cattle. The field to the southwest is rented to a farmer for row crops.

I found good deer sign on the property during my inspection. Several well used trails and rubs along with some scrapes from the previous season. Food plots could be planted on this property if desired. A powerline also runs through the south end. It is currently overgrown but could be cleared and planted if desired. ATV use for hunting purposes only. No camping on the property.
