This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is going to produce! On the day of inspection, I jumped multiple groups of deer and found an impressive amount of sign throughout the property. I also conducted a drone survey and counted nearly 50 deer between this farm and the adjoining 80 acres to the north and South (photos included). This was done in March so only a couple of bucks still had antlers at this time. Jennings County has long been known for producing quality deer.

The timber on this farm was cut heavily, but that has created outstanding deer habitat. The thick regrowth provides abundant bedding cover both on this property and the surrounding farms. This area has the capacity to hold a lot of deer, which is evident from the amount of sign present.
