This is an attractive property located in SW Missouri, abundant with deer and turkey. The landowner resides on the premises and frequently observes deer roaming about; during my visit, I encountered 6 or 7 deer myself. A wet weather creek traverses the land, and the layout suggests it serves as a significant travel corridor during the rut. The woods are thick, so it's advisable to set up your stands soon if you wish to see how the property will appear this fall. There was ample deer sign and trails on the day of my inspection. Additionally, railroad tracks run along the northern edge of the property.
