The farm will be easy to hunt and should be good early season and throughout November. The entrance is from the North side with a farm road crossing the creek to get you to the crop field in the south. There is a nice bluff that you could set up on to cover the crop field and also the entire creek bottom that runs through this farm. The edges are thick and will hold deer during the season. The row crops are planted in a soybean/corn rotation which can be dependent on the weather. Outfitters in this area are charging $3,500 for a 5-day gun hunt. You get this farm all season to yourself for less than that price. You will not be disappointed on this farm, late October and the first 2 weeks of November will be really good here. This farm is set up perfect to take a youth hunter. I could see a person killing a really nice buck during the youth season here when it is planted in beans.
