Here is a 34 acre potter county property that is surrounded by thousands of acres of state land on 3 sides and is bordered by Kettle Creek on the 4th side, which is known to have some of the best trout fishing in Pennsylvania!! A huge bonus to this property is that not only will it be a prime location to park your camper and make your home base for fishing and hunting public property, but this 34 acres also has a heavy amount of wildlife sign on it as well! The property is pretty steep north to south from the creek, but it has nice old logging roads on the hillside from east to west, which the deer are using heavily and would make great spots to set up stands along. I found a few beds above and below the benches and the whole hillside was ripped up with deer and turkey scratching. There are some apple trees in the creek bottom and a few oaks spread out across the hillside, with some thick pines for cover. There are a couple of large food plots on the neighbor's property across the creek as well. ATV use and camping is ok. Landowner is a great guy, and he said the hunters can clear the roads around the property and clear a good spot for a camper down along the creek bottom. I am listing it for 4 hunters because of the great fishing and the thousands of acres of public hunting.
