This 32 acre Mckean county property has a big saddle that runs north to south in the center of it, with some old logging roads on the hillsides that create nice benches for the deer to travel. I jumped a whole herd of deer and heard a flock of turkey squawking and gobbling on the backside of the saddle. There was heavy deer sign all around the property, especially on the top of the saddle, and there are some really good stand locations along that saddle and the benches. Mature red oaks and beech trees and thick pines all over the property. The property was logged over 15 years ago, so the tree tops and undergrowth create good bedding and browse. The landowner has an atv trail, for access around the property. There are two log landings along the road into the property, that can be cleaned up and used for camping. The landowner is great guy and great to work with, and allows the hunters to clear all the access roads and level out a roadway into the larger log landing to park a camper. This small property will hunt huge and should produce some great hunting for years to come.
