Located just a mile off of I-70, this property has really good diversity and will offer excellent chances for deer and turkeys.

Upon inspection we saw several groups of turkeys, including strutting toms. The owner has made many comments about the abundance of turkeys he has had on the property lately, including a flock of 40+ he saw recently.

The landowner lives back in the middle of the property and will be a great asset for you.

Cattle will be in the pasture areas year- round. There are several wooded areas adjacent to the west and east crop fields that never have cattle in them and will be good feeder locations (approximate outlines in green). The wooded creek bottom east of the east crop field will be an excellent spot to set up over, and well as the ridge along the east side of the west field.
