230 acres in Adams County. This is a Deer and Turkey hunting lease only. While this property may only have 15-16 acres of woods on it it has plenty of food and the local deer herd knows where the food is. The woods areas have a good mix of pines and hardwoods including several oaks, along with some thicker areas for cover. The thick fence line along the south boundary of the property has plenty of mature trees and can provide great ambush sites. This area seems like a natural travel corridor. There seems to be a buffer area along this fence row that will allow access to the large wedge of timber on the southern edge of the lease. Access to this area can also be had from the west side of the property. Good deer sign was present on all areas of the property. Heavy deer trails, tracks, and rubs were present during inspection. Some well placed tree stands and ground blinds should lead to good success on harvesting some deer and turkeys. Respectful use of Atv's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all boundaries. Don't drive on any crops. Don't block any field entrances. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.

No hunting blinds or equipment on roads, driveways or in paths of irrigation equipment.

Any temporary hunting blinds or equipment placed on tillable acreage must be removed by 3/15 of each year to allow for farming practices. �

No permanent hunting blinds shall be used anywhere on the property. �

No camping at any time � this includes parking of campers / RVs. �

Under no circumstances should trash be left behind by any of the hunters.
