This hunting lease is leased and not available. 325 acres in Adams County. This is a Deer and Turkey lease only. At first glance the aerials of this property may not look like much but once I put boots on the ground everything changes. As soon as I exited the truck I was stepping on deer tracks. There was also a herd of 9-10 deer feeding in the field as I arrived. I managed a picture of a few before they left the field. Trails, tracks, rubs, and scrapes are everywhere. The food on this property has deer coming to it from all directions according to the trails I encountered. Access can be had from both the east and west sides of the property. The thick fence row that is located in the center of the farm is a natural travel corridor for the deer traveling from big blocks of timber to the north and south. Plenty of mature trees along this fence row to place stands. A farm trail along the south border of the property will provide stealthy access to this area. The east side of this fence row also has the farm trail along it for access. The wedge of unplanted area on the north side of the property could hold a food plot if you were inclined to do so without interrupting any farming operations. The northwest corner of the property has a good amount of deer sign on it with several mature pines and hard woods for stand locations. There are steel fence posts along the north boundary some with ribbons on them to mark the property edge. The southern boundary has a fence line as well. Please respect all boundaries. Respectful use of Atv's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all boundaries. Don't drive on any crops. Don't block any field entrances. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.

No hunting blinds or equipment on roads, driveways or in paths of irrigation equipment.

Any temporary hunting blinds or equipment placed on tillable acreage must be removed by 3/15 of each year to allow for farming practices. �

No permanent hunting blinds shall be used anywhere on the property. �

No camping at any time � this includes parking of campers / RVs. �

Under no circumstances should trash be left behind by any of the hunters.
