This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is a beauty. Located in Lorain Co. Ohio and situated not far off of the Ohio Turnpike for easy access if you are traveling through northern Ohio. This property was suggested to me by a farmer who had trail cameras on the property the last few years, however never got the time to hunt it properly. Several properties in this area have produced large deer in the past. This one has some great bucks on trail camera and has a metro park next door. This landowner's other larger property sits just across the road (also available for lease). Also not legally hunted other than the farmer in the last 20 years. A former large pond sits in the middle of the property. It has a hole in the levee now, so less water sits in it. However, plenty of water none the less. Great deer trails through the property show lots of activity. Great mix of timber from thickets to one of the largest White oaks I have seen. Great stand of Chinkapin oaks (sweet oak and a personal favorite for deer) on the property. Good rub sign as well. Be sure to check out the trail cam photos from this landowners' properties. Multiple gobblers heard while walking this property. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only.
