The balance of this property is hay ground, but holy smokes does that east side look good!
The north end of this wooded draw looks like an incredible spot to set up over as it is mostly open in the bottom, including about a ten-yard-wide opening right along the creek looking south as far as I could see during my inspection. THIS LOOKS LIKE THE ULTIMATE FUNNEL!
The tall grass and brush in the NE corner and along the west side of the drainage create even more cover and habitat that you don't really notice as much on the aerial pictures.
Driving access to the east side is possible across the rock bottom creek on the north end.
Don't overlook the waterfowl possibilities- the west pond looked like a good little duck hole.
