This hunting lease is leased and not available. This property is in Northern Athens County. It may be a small piece but has some great buck activity as of late last winter, just check the photos. Landowner doesn't hunt but had some trail cameras out late last winter and caught these great bucks on the property. Dense cover certainly helps this small property hold deer. I jumped multiple while on the property, just to dense to see what they were. There are lots of clearings caused by the two powerlines that transect the property as well as the pipeline that runs the East side. Easy access from three sides of the property allowing for multiple easy setups. Trail systems through the property as well for respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only. Speak with the landowner about food plots. Landowner does have bee hives on the property so do not disturb those. Great little pond on the property, located toward the center of the property for a year-round water source.
