This property is ideal for a couple of hunters, especially those interested in waterfowl, as it has good water sources. There are several timber lines that traverse the property, which showed significant deer movement. Additionally, there are numerous tracks around the pond.
I have also observed a few turkey tracks and a couple of hog tracks. Overall, the property appears to be in good condition.
Camping is permitted, but please remember to PICK UP TRASH.
Four-wheelers are allowed as well.
While there were indications of cattle, none were present on the property during the inspection.
However, there is always a chance that cattle could be on this property.
