This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 43 Acre property is located in the town of Burnside, Kentucky, Pulaski County. The hunting lease is off the beaten path and not for someone looking for an easy hunt. This one is going to take some work, but it's definitely going to hold some monsters. The lease abuts the Cumberland Lake on the east side of the property. There is a gravel road that I drove my Tundra around that gives you access from the North and south sides of the property. There is an overgrown area on the north side of the property that could be cleared for a camper. Once you enter the property, you will drop down toward the lake, with thicker spots I was able to walk through and nice open spots with mature hardwoods. I found numerous game trails and some nice rubs throughout the lease. There are some old logging roads that can be trimmed to provide ATV access throughout the property. This property is in a very nice location and has very good potential with some work. Make sure you print out the aerial maps; the property lines are different from what you see on On-X. The maps were generated from the landowners' survey.
