This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is another great mixed ag and timber property in Richland County. Jumped multiple deer while walking the property. Pics of harvested bucks were from this farm or the one across the road. Landowner is not sure which. Good potential in the area and seems to have great deer numbers by the sign. The landowner will have campers on the property around the barns throughout the summer and early fall and have access to one trail system along south edge of property during that time. Main sections of cover will not have disturbance other that typical wood cutting which also generally will occur outside of season. Please help landowner control raccoon and groundhogs on the property as well. Camping allowed. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only.
