This lease consists of two separate tracts.

The west tract is an L- shaped with a really good- looking field hidden back on the south end. Two creeks converge on this property, so I would imagine there is a fair amount of wildlife traffic. Upon inspection we did see a group of half a dozen turkeys including two big toms. Access will be from the east and north. The balance of the property is planted to crops.

The east tract features two woody draws intersecting the rolling crop fields. Driving access will be into the SE corner off of the highway and along the east edge of the property to get to the areas of cover. Obviously, this will be a bit difficult while crops are still in, so most of your hunting will probably need to wait until after the crops are harvested.
