This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease is a good mix of mature timber, thick cover and agriculture in a great county. Several good bucks have been harvested in the past few years on this landowner's property (check the photos). The area seems to have good deer numbers. I walked three of his properties all showing good sign. Landowner does tap for maple syrup in the spring as well as cuts firewood. Both will be done with respect to hunters. Hidden fields should allow for consistent feeding locations and the wooded draws show sign of being traveled often and are thick enough to hold deer year-round. The larger block of woods also had great bedding locations, conveniently away from the crop fields for the most part and some great pinch points due to the neighboring fence/pasture. Landowner allows camping and actually has a campground down the road if interested. Respectable ATV use for hunting purposes only.
