This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 69-acre hunting lease in Niagara County, New York. This hunting lease is in WMU (9A) and close to Newfane. I have a friend who leased this property 2 years ago and I was lucky enough to hunt the property a handful of times. He gave up this lease because it's a 9-hour drive from Cape Cod, Ma. When the bucks showed up on the cameras it was tough for him to get there while they were on the property. We ran 6 cameras and had lots of buck picks. The biggest bucks I have on camera are from this hunting lease since I have run cameras in last 10 years. Saw over 30 deer when retrieved stands. The hunting lease is flat (great for E-Bikes) and 69 acres. There is another 28 acres of a big powerline that runs through it. There is a canal for drainage in back that is brushed hogged in September by the County (cuts through woods see topo). You can easily cross wearing boots. Bow and crossbow hunting is what we were focused on. Plenty of new bucks seemed to show up as the season rolled along. Saw turkeys frequently as well. We took 1 good buck off the property in the 2 years-had several chances at solid 150 plus that didn't work out. The area is a big agriculture area with lots of farm fields. In 2 years, only saw people on powerline 2x. Once was a neighbor walking and other was 3 kids with motorcycles (only saw 1x on camera). Landowner is a great guy and hands off and took care of any issues quickly (kids on motor bikes). The 3rd aerial photo shows the established path on the property (white line). Food plots would be allowed-get with landowner for approval. You can post property if you want � neighbors keep a good eye on their property so do not wander on theirs. Great property for some of the largest NY bucks in the state.
